Terms and Conditions

* Quoted menus are suggestions only, we can cater to all requirements and tastes.

* Full event quotations include transportation, set up and clean and clear up, staff, food, crockery and cutlery, equipment

* Due to staffing levels and food requirements, guest numbers must be confirmed at least three working days in advance. Where guest numbers vary more than 10% than what was originally quoted for, a re-quote may be necessary.

* Credit terms are only extended by prior arrangement otherwise full payment must be received on the day of the event.

* 30% booking deposit required on confirmation of booking. Balance due on event day.

* In the event of a cancellation within 3 - 14 days of the function a cancellation fee of 50% for services booked will apply. In the event of a cancellation within 72 hours of the function a cancellation fee of 100% for services booked will apply.

* Prices include the services of all necessary chef's and chef's aids on site for 5 hours.

* Where parking is not available on-site the client will be charged parking fee incurred.

* Quotations will be valid for one month from the date of quotation.
